Field Supervisor

Reporting to the Field Superintendent, the Field Supervisor is responsible for overall workforce planning and development, overseeing labour activities on all assigned RWC projects.

Crew Supervision

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead by example by adhering and promoting RWC ways to all field staff and new recruits.
• Ensure labour requirements are consistently met by aligning workforce planning with project timelines in coordination with Project Managers and Site Foremen.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and site team to ensure labour budget expectations are met.
• Coordinate crew schedules across multiple RWC sites.
• Communicate with the Project Manager and Site Foreman to confirm crews are scheduled to go to site.
• Review onboarding forms with the P&C team, set up new workers in Salus (safety documentation management system)...
