Store Lead – TOR-AJAX, ON. Lead and coach a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions. Drive sales, assist customers in selecting framing options, and ensure high‑quality custom framing delivery on time with a customer‑focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team, focus on selling behaviors, and drive custom framing sales.
• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Company programs, and legal requirements, ensuring policy execution and accountability for store conditions.
• Plan workload and sales floor time in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver quality framing solutions on schedule.
• Manage framing team KPI’s, review sales & production workload, and build plans for productivity.
