Job Overview

The Framing Division Manager is responsible for the start-up, leadership, and ongoing operation of the Framing Division. This role provides strategic direction and hands on operational oversight to ensure framing activities are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while meeting quality and building code standards. You are accountable for workforce leadership, production performance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement as the division scales.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Leading the establishment and launch of the framing division from initial planning through full operational execution.
• Defining divisional scope, production capacity, staffing requirements, and growth strategy.
