The Framework Manager (FM) is the central point for coordinating delivery and performance across assigned framework contracts . The role blends contract management, business development, resource management and governance to ensure compliant, high-quality delivery .
You’ll build strong client relationships and drive growth across frameworks, ensuring services are delivered on time, to cost and to quality . Acting as the first point of escalation, you’ll resolve issues quickly and effectively ⚠️➡️✅.
Reporting to the Senior Business Manager (SBM), you’ll own P&L performance, contractual KPIs and budget delivery . You’ll oversee the full framework lifecycle from award to renewal , support bids and future opportunities , and represent Assystem in reviews and forums ️.
