Fragrance Development Lead

NPD + Brand Development - Fragrance or Perfumes

The Principal Associate will lead the team and manage end-to-end product development for fragrance categories - from concept to commercialization - working closely with manufacturers,

packaging, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-trend, and commercially viable products.

Key Responsibilities

● Own the complete NPD lifecycle for fragrances: ideation, feasibility, formulation, sampling,

testing, scale-up skus, and launch.

● Work with manufacturers and labs on formulations, trials, costing, MOQs, timelines, and

production readiness.

● Collaborate closely with Packaging Manager and Designers to ensure product-pack-brand

alignment.

● Manage project timelines, critical paths, and cross-team coordination.

● Track trends, competitor landscape, and innovation opportunities.
