Fpso Operations Lead

Airswift is searching for an FPSO Operations Lead to work with a leading company in the Oil & Gas sector on a major offshore development project.
This is a third‐party contractor position on a 12‐month contract, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
Act as the operations representative within the FPSO project team to embed operational requirements into design, construction, and execution phases
Ensure operational readiness and support the transition from project execution into production operations
Provide operational input throughout engineering, procurement, and construction activities
Ensure operability, maintainability, and reliability of FPSO systems and interfaces
Monitor and coordinate operations readiness activities across contractors and internal teams
Support commissioning, startup, and early production phases
Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA and other technical reviews
