+ Prepare parts for fluorescent penetrant inspection, including cleaning, masking, and surface preparation.
+ Process parts through the penetrant inspection line following established work instructions.
+ Ensure traceability of parts and maintain accurate production documentation.
+ Verify parts meet engineering drawings, work instructions, and customer requirements.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inspection area and equipment.
+ Perform daily equipment checks and assist with routine maintenance of FPI equipment.
+ Follow all NADCAP, ASTM, customer, and company quality standards.
+ Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety regulations when handling chemicals and operating equipment.
