Seeking a highly experienced FPGA professional to lead the design, development, and integration of advanced wireless communication systems. The role focuses on complex problem‑solving, system architecture, and delivering creative FPGA‑based solutions aligned with next‑generation radio technologies.

Key Responsibilities

System Architecture & Design

• Design and develop FPGA IP architectures for 4G/5G Radio Unit platforms
• Contribute to system‑level architecture aligned with 3GPP and O‑RAN specifications
• Translate high‑level system requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications

RTL Development & Implementation

• Develop and integrate complex RTL modules using Verilog, SystemVerilog, and VHDL
• Optimize FPGA designs for performance, timing closure, and resource efficiency
• Make key design decisions including component selection and hardware optimization strategies
