Role Summary - Hardware & Test Avionics Team Lead (FPGA Architect)

Role Overview: Seeking a senior FPGA Architect to strengthen Hardware Development team for avionics programs in North America. The role focuses on end to end FPGA architecture, development, integration, and verification, supporting complex, safety critical avionics systems. The engagement is to be long term.

Location & Work Mode

• On site required: Minimum 3 days per week
• Location: Montréal, QC, H4S 2C2
• Close collaboration with multi disciplinary engineering teams and access to labs is essential

Key Responsibilities

• Define and contribute to hardware and FPGA architectures in collaboration with system, board, and software teams
• Lead FPGA development, integration, and verification activities
• Produce and validate technical documentation and compliance artifacts in line with DO 254
