FP&A Manager

Role Overview:

The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading the financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis activities for Otis Switzerland. This role acts as a strategic business partner to operational and commercial teams, delivering financial insights that drive performance, profitability, and long-term growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with business understanding and an ability to challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Budgeting:
