Americana Restaurants in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Assistant Manager – FP&A (People) to lead financial planning for workforce-related costs. You will partner with HR, operations and leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and workforce models that align people investments with business goals.

The role requires 3–6 years in FP&A or related finance roles, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and preferably a Master’s or professional certification.
