FP&A Lead

Role purpose Partner with Sales and Finance teams to drive commercial performance through financial analysis, profitability reporting, pricing governance, forecasting, and business insights that support strategic decision-making. Main responsibilities Monitor and analyze sales volume, shipment, depletion, and market share performance. Lead forecasting activities and support S&OP and business planning processes. Manage pricing governance, approvals, and pricing execution controls. Analyze profitability, gross profit, and revenue drivers across customers, channels, and SKUs. Prepare financial reports, performance dashboards, and executive presentations. Ensure data accuracy, reporting governance, and continuous improvement of commercial financial processes.
