**Job Purpose and Impact**
The Plant Supervisor will implement and execute production for a less complex plant. We seek a professional to ensure responsibilities meet standards for safety, quality, efficiency and financial performance.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Monitor and provide guidance on all aspects of the overall operational management of a less complex plant.
+ Administer production budget for a department, process or shift.
+ Monitor deliverables to ensure customer and product/quality standards are met within specifications.
+ Execute day-to-day operations, ensuring direct reports follow policies and procedures related to employee safety and food/feed safety.
+ Other duties as assigned
+ Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.
