Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting key KPIs and trends.
  • Consolidate weekly Pulse reports and monthly outlooks.
  • Develop models and tools to analyze margins across regions.
  • Perform SGA analysis and support month-end closing activities.

Forecasting & Budgeting:

  • Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Conduct variance analysis across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
  • Identify productivity and cost optimization opportunities.

Data & Process Improvement:

  • Simplify reporting processes and drive data analytics initiatives for CSS EMEIA.
  • Improve data availability, accuracy, and visualization using BI tools.
