Job Description

Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer requirements.

Monitor and ensure the smooth running of casting operations from pattern making to final machining.

Ensure timely delivery of products as per quality and quantity standards.

Evaluate and improve casting processes to reduce defects, waste, and cycle time.

Introduce new methods and technologies to increase productivity and efficiency.

Maintain process standardization and documentation (SOPs).
