Be a pivotal leader in our Foundry Operations as a Manufacturing Supervisor located in Port Hope, Ontario. This role requires managing teams in a rotational shift environment while focusing on safety and production efficiency.
In this position, you will lead and develop team members to achieve high-performance goals and comply with safety regulations. You will manage daily production operations and implement Lean methods to enhance workflows. Collaboration with engineering and maintenance teams will be key to resolving operational issues in real-time. Your leadership will help foster team accountability and achieve production targets.

• Lead production teams and foster a collaborative work culture
• Supervise foundry operations ensuring safety and quality
• Implement continuous improvement practices through Lean manufacturing
• Oversee finishing processes and track production via ERP
• Monitor labor and resources to meet operational targets
