Healthcare logistics is broken. Nurses spend 20% of their day pushing heavy carts of laundry and waste. We fix this by deploying autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) into existing, chaotic nursing homes—without requiring expensive building renovations.

We are looking for our Lead Engineer to build the "Protocol Layer"—the hardware and software bridge that allows a modern robot to talk to a 30-year-old elevator and a non-technical nurse.
