Clarasight in Boston is seeking its Founding Recruiter to own talent acquisition across the company as it scales. You will partner with founders and hiring managers to recruit across engineering, GTM, and operations, building systems and a hiring bar that can scale globally.

As an AI-enabled startup, you will bring automation and AI into the process to boost speed and candidate experience, while designing playbooks, scoring, and pipelines in Ashby.
