C&D Talent Advisory in Zürich is seeking a Hardware Lead to build and own the company's hardware function from the ground up. You will define hardware strategy, own the development of robotic platforms, and set the foundations for scalable hardware at a robotics startup with a top-tier AI team.

In your first year you will stay hands-on—design, build, test and deploy real robotic systems—while establishing the hardware organisation and partnering with founders on product strategy and technology
