Vedic Nutrition is a fast-growing telehealth clinic providing insurance-covered nutrition care across multiple U.S. states. We operate a highly automated internal platform that supports our providers, admin team, and patients.
Our internal systems include:
EHR (Electronic Health Record) built on Google Drive, Sheets, Calendar, Meets (powered by App scripts)
Internal Medical Billing Software
Marketing Funnels with custom scheduling and booking logic
Transactional SMS reminders & Cloud Function automations
Provider metrics & analytics
AI-assisted charting and documentation for providers
We are intentionally lean and founder-led. This role will work directly with the founder to turn real operational problems into lean, durable and scalable systems.
