Founding Engineer (Sr. Full-Stack Lead) — AIRA

Location: Coimbatore (Hybrid)

Compensation: 4–5 Lakhs/month

AIRA is building a memory-native AI companion that delivers responses in milliseconds and never forgets. We need a Founding Engineer—someone who's equal parts hands-on full-stack builder and technical bar-setter—to ship our next-gen chat experience, set engineering culture, and drive critical decisions from day one.

What You'll Own (First 90 Days)

  • Ship a blazing-fast chat MVP with latency <150ms (p95)
  • Own end-to-end engineering: React 19, Next.js 15, Node, FastAPI/Python
  • Implement orchestration layer with LangGraph/LangChain, vector DB retrieval, and caching layers
  • Deploy CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), Docker containers, and robust observability (Grafana)
