About Cielo Travel
Cielo Travel is building the premium transportation infrastructure for Colombia's luxury tourism market. Our brand, Safe Transfers, provides airport transfers, private chauffeur services, and curated experiences for international travelers, the kind of service that earns 5-star reviews and repeat bookings.
We are not a startup idea. We are an operating business with paying customers, 500K plus social followers, 3.4M monthly reach, and revenue across multiple entities. We are growing fast in a 5.8B market.
What we lack is the technology platform that matches our service quality.
Today, operations run on Acuity for scheduling, for messaging, WhatsApp groups for driver coordination, and manual workflows. It works at 10 rides a day. It will not work at 100.
