About the Role

You’ll design and build AI systems that operate in real-world companies. From the first conversation with a customer to a production-ready agent, you’ll own the full process.

As a Founding AI Engineer, you’ll make core decisions about how agents are structured, when to introduce sub-agents, how context is scoped, and how systems are evaluated and improved over time. You’ll work across models, backend systems, voice pipelines, and integrations to ensure our AI operators behave predictably and perform at production-grade quality.
