The Role

As a Founding AE, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from discovery to close—for Factorial IT. You’ll speak with IT Managers, CIOs, and Operations leaders to understand how they manage their people, devices, and SaaS tools today, and show them how Factorial can unify it all in one platform. Depending on your profile and career goals, you’ll focus either on: New Business (new logos) – acquiring new customers; Customer Expansion (existing customers) – upselling Factorial HR clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close
  • Run discovery sessions, product demos, and solution presentations
  • Build consultative relationships with IT and Ops decision-makers
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs and Marketing to refine ICP and messaging
  • Track and forecast opportunities accurately in HubSpot CRM
  • Share insights from customers to improve product and process
