What You Will Own
Product and Tech
• Support product direction and prioritisation
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis
• Convert insights into product requirements or experiments
• Work with engineering on sprints, QA, and rollouts
• Drive zero to one experiments and prototypes
GTM and Growth
• Support GTM planning across sales, marketing, and CS
• Run growth experiments across funnels, activation, and retention
• Create internal and external narratives including decks and enablement
• Track and report product and GTM metrics
Operations and Strategic Projects
Lead cross functional projects that require fast execution
Build scalable processes and frameworks
Explore new business opportunities and partnerships
Solve unstructured problems with first principles thinking
