As our Founder’s Associate, you’ll play a central role in enabling JOIN’s next phase of growth.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and the Chief of Staff on strategic and operational priorities. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to company-building at the highest level, help shape how JOIN scales, and directly influence how decisions translate into execution.

This is a fixed-term contract of up to 12 months, designed to offer steep learning, direct access to leadership, and meaningful ownership within a short, intensive timeframe.
