TravelPerk is seeking an Engineering Manager based in Barcelona to lead the Application Enablement team. You will manage an experienced group of engineers, ensuring effective delivery, collaboration, and performance development while aligning with company mission.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of management experience in software engineering and a track record of building effective work cultures. This role requires three days on-site work per week, with relocation options available for eligible candidates.
