Perk is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Application Enablement team in Barcelona. You will lead a team of 8–10 software engineers to build foundational infrastructure for Perk’s platforms. Your responsibilities include team accountability, strategic planning, and bridging collaboration between stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience, a strong technical background, and a problem-solving mindset.

This role requires in-person work three days a week, with relocation support available for eligible candidates.
