Job Description

The Foundational Coordinator is responsible for the effective academic and administrative

functioning of the Foundational Years. The role involves ensuring quality teaching and

learning, coordinating with stakeholders, supporting teachers, monitoring student progress,

and facilitating smooth day-to-day operations for Nursery, PP1, PP2, Grade 1, and Grade 2.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Coordination and Communication

Coordinate with the Principal, Headmistress, Administrative Team, Accounts,

Transport Department, HODs, CCA Department, Examination Department, Sports

Department, and Event Planning Committees for the smooth functioning of the

Foundational Section.

Facilitate effective communication between teachers, parents, and school

management.

Address parent concerns and support the resolution of student-related matters in

consultation with the Headmistress and Principal.
