To handle customer service functions and customs declaration activities efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submission to Customs (Kastam), and smooth coordination with internal teams and external parties to support end-to-end logistics operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Customs Documentation: Prepare, verify, and process customs forms, specifically K1, K2, K3, K4, K8, K9, ZB1, and ZB2 .
• EDI Submission: Submit declarations via the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system (e.g., ALDEC, SEALNET or SMK - my-CIEDS systems).
• Tariff Code Identification: Identify and apply the correct Customs Tariff Code (HS Code) for imported/exported items and manage cheque payment records.
• Compliance & Licensing: Ensure all declarations comply with local customs laws, MIDA, and MITI regulat...
