The right candidate be responsible for the overall progress and planning of projects, approval of plans, and procurement of necessary permits for construction. The annual compensation for this role is $110,000 to $150,000, including a discretionary bonus structure, commensurate with experience. This position is on site, Monday through Friday in our San Ramon office.
