The Role

We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work at the intersection of customer problems and technical solutions. You’ll partner directly with enterprise customers during implementations and integrations, understand their operational pain points, translate those into technical requirements, and build the solutions yourself. This isn’t a support role. You’re an engineer who happens to be close to customers.
