We are looking for a Forward‑Deployed Engineer who is equal parts technical expert and customer advocate. You will be the bridge between our platform and the clinics we serve. If you are a personable engineer who loves solving complex problems and making customers happy, we want to meet you.
In this role you will:
Own technical delivery across multiple deployments, from first prototype to stable production.
Drive data migrations: Build and maintain high-performance Python-based pipelines and scrapers to extract information from legacy systems.
Embed with customer teams: Understand their needs, remove blockers early, and guide the adoption of what you build.
