About Us We are Leaping AI (YC W25). We build voice AI agents that automate customer support and scheduling. We're signing up a ton of new customers, so we're looking for an awesome Forward Deployed Engineer to join our Madrid crew. You'll be the key player helping us onboard new clients and making sure they love using our platform.
The Role This is a role with a lot of ownership and variety. You'll be the bridge between our AI tech and the people using it. You'll be talking to customers, understanding their needs, and using our tech to make their lives easier.
What You'll Be Up To:
Showing off the product: Building custom sales demos using our voice AI platform.
Onboarding: Guiding new customers as they get set up, whether that's over a call or meeting up.
Owning customer success: Being the go-to technical partner for your assigned accounts, including leading weekly catch-ups.
