Build custom integrations & AI workflows
Design LLM prompts, RAG systems, AI solutions
Write production-grade Python/JS
Decide what becomes reusable tooling vs core product
Upstream learnings to core engineering
What we’re looking for
Strong Python or Java Script engineer
Comfortable with ambiguity & fast iteration
Exposure to AI systems (LLMs, RAG, prompts)
Ownership mindset; outcome-driven
