Forward Deployed Engineer - Hybrid, Madrid (3x2) (Cádiz)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to play a key role in helping our software development teams migrate to the cloud and adopt DevOps best practices across the project of the client from the banking sector.

Location and Work Model

Work Location: Madrid. Hybrid model: 3 days at the office and 2 days working from home. Open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and product teams in onboarding to our internal DevOps platform and curated Azure services.
• Drive the re-platforming/migration of applications to cloud infrastructure while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, compliance controls, and secure‑by‑design principles.
• Drive the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab, ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirements.
