Job Description

Wave Group is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (Python, AI Systems) to work in Spain, preferably Madrid or Barcelona, in a hybrid capacity. This role focuses on deploying AI-powered systems directly into client environments.

Key responsibilities include designing backend architectures, integrating AI systems, and building client-specific APIs. Candidates should have strong backend engineering fundamentals in Python and experience in production systems and microservices.

Compensation includes a base salary up to 100k, performance bonuses, and equity options.
