Plumcot AI is on a mission to build Artificial Working Intelligence — purpose-built AI Agents and automated workflows for enterprise clients. We are hiring a FDE to design and ship AI-powered AI Agents across the Microsoft ecosystem, deployed into our own and our clients' M365 environments. You will turn manual enterprise workflows into reliable, secure, AI-driven systems.


What you will do

  • Work with clients to understand existing workflows and data structures
  • Design and build AI automations using Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and the Microsoft Graph API
  • Integrate Azure OpenAI / Azure AI services into M365 and Power Platform workflows
  • Build custom connectors and Entra ID app registrations when out-of-the-box integrations fall short
  • Drop into pro-code (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, C#/Python) where flows can't deliver
  • Deploy solutions into enterprise client tenants with appropriate security, DLP, a...
