Formwork Leadinghand

We are seeking an experienced Formwork Leading Hand to join our commercial construction team. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with strong formwork skills and the ability to supervise crews on small to mid-scale projects.

About the Role

• Lead and supervise formwork carpenters and labourers on-site

• Coordinate daily tasks, ensuring work is completed safely and to schedule

• Read and interpret drawings, set out and plan work efficiently

• Monitor quality, productivity, and site safety standards

• Liaise with site supervisors, engineers, and other trades

• Support team development and provide on-the-job training
