Formwork Foreman

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formwork Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects and ensuring their successful completion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong construction management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 8 or more years concrete formwork experience.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints proficiently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reasonably clean drivers abstract.
• Ability to operate machinery including skid steer and telehandler.

• Promote, support, and facilitate teamwork between all construction crews by fostering a positive culture.
• Ensure the health and safety of each crew member.
