Formwork Design Engineer

The Formwork Design Engineer is responsible for producing safe, accurate, and cost-effective formwork and shoring designs independently. The role supports the project team by delivering quality drawings, calculations, and material take‑offs in accordance with company standards, project requirements, and relevant codes of practice.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Design Duties

• Prepare formwork and shoring design solutions for building and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and develop:
• General Arrangement (GA) drawings
• Assembly drawings
• Basic steel fabrication drawings
• 2D and 3D models
• Carry out design calculations independently using standard data sheets, design tables, excel templates, in‑house tools and structural analysis software.
