Formulation Development Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize drug formulations for oral, parenteral, topical, or other dosage forms.
• Conduct pre-formulation studies including solubility, stability, and compatibility assessments.
• Design and perform experiments to evaluate excipient compatibility, drug release, and bioavailability.
• Prepare prototypes and conduct pilot-scale batches for technology transfer to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Analytical Development to ensure product quality and stability testing.
• Maintain documentation for formulation development, batch records, and experimental data.
• Support regulatory submissions by providing formulation data and reports.
• Troubleshoot formulation or process issues during development or scale-up.
• Stay updated with emerging formulation technologies and regulatory guidelines.
