Roles & Responsibility:

1. NPDs aligning with business objectives: To ensure that NPDs of businesses in the category are delivered on time meeting business requirements and to ensure that the specifications (RM, SFG and FG), BMR and BOM are robust.

2. Squeeze initiatives: To ensure that squeeze initiatives are periodically undertaken to improve the % GM, as aligned with businesses in the category

3. Working capital reduction: To ensure that NMS / SMS under the purview of category (RMs, SFGs) are being effectively addressed on a timely basis.

4. Regulatory: To ensure that the products developed in the category meet appropriate regulatory norms.
