Job Title: Assistant Manager R&D

Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 5-7 Years (Experience in chemical or API Industry required)
Salary Budget: Upto 9.5LPA
Qualifications & Skills:
* Education: Master’s degree in Organics Chemistry chemical engineering or a related field.
* Experience: 5-7 years of experience in R&D within specialty chemicals or manufacturing environment.
* Technical Skills:
* Strong knowledge of chemical synthesis, formulation, and characterization techniques.
* Familiarity with analytical instruments (GC, HPLC, FTIR, KF, etc.).
* Understanding of scale-up processes and industrial chemical manufacturing.
