Job description

Role & responsibilities

Research, develop, and formulate new cosmetic products including creams, lotions, serums, face masks, cleansers, and more.

Conduct stability and compatibility testing to ensure product quality and safety.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and marketing.

 Analyze raw materials for suitability and compatibility in formulation.

Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, test results, and product revisions. 

Stay updated with the latest trends, ingredients, and regulations in the cosmetic industry.
Assist in scaling formulations from lab to production scale.

 Ensure compliance with BIS, FDA, and international cosmetic regulatory standards

Preferred candidate profile
