We are looking for a Senior Formulation Chemist who doesn't just make formulas - but builds products that scale, sell, and survive real markets .
If you have worked on skincare, haircare, or sunscreens and understand performance, stability, cost, and compliance , this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Develop high-performance formulations across skincare, haircare, body care & sunscreens
- Work on modern UV filters, actives, textures, and sensorial systems
- Handle bench pilot commercial scale-up independently
- Optimize formulas for cost, stability, and global compliance (India, EU, etc.)
- Support client trials, reformulations, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate closely with production, QC, and sourcing teams
