Job Description

We are seeking a Product Developer to support the creation of a strong, competitive formulated product assortment that drives brand evolution, sales and profit. Reporting to the Formulated Product Manager, you will play a key role in delivering innovative, safe and commercially successful products from concept through to launch.
 
Working collaboratively with Planning, Marketing, VM, Production and offshore suppliers, you will help manage the end-to-end development process - ensuring quality, compliance, value and on-time delivery across all ranges. This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about bringing fun, functional and responsible products to life.
