Forms Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

• Quickly learn and gain a deep understanding of the Policy Admin product and forms development/authoring tools.
• Analyze, document, and present requirements with focus on forms work.
• Partner closely with Business Analysis Lead to elicit business and technical requirements to ensure overall implementation solution meets desired need.

• Develop/author, and tests forms ensuring these aligns with the defined requirements. Acts as a bridge between business users and IT teams, ensuring the system is configured correctly and works as intended for end users.

• Actively share and promote the exchange of ideas and best practices across the discipline

• Engages in regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
