**Job Description**
The Forming Machine Operator sets up, starts, and runs cold forming machines to manufacture high-quality fasteners. This role performs complete machine set-ups with oversight from the lead operator, conducts regular quality checks using inspection tools, and ensures the forming area remains well-maintained and efficient. The operator collaborates closely with the lead operator and team members to troubleshoot issues, maintain production standards, and support a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform complete set-ups on cold forming machines, obtaining approval from the lead operator before production runs.
+ Start up and run two or more Jern Yao forming machines to meet production schedules and quality standards.
