·        Framed Statutes and Academic Regulations for UG and PG

·        Got the university and the college accredited under the ICAR

·        Chaired PG Board of Studies and Resident Instruction Committee regularly

·        Postgraduate students were motivated for the research having state and national mandates

·        Holding the additional charge of Dean of the Faculty of Dairy Science for last six months and streamlined functioning there.
